O-RX

WORLD’S FIRST UV-C LED DISINFECTION ROBOT

Introduction

With the global pandemic situation in full swing, OTSAW has been at the forefront, constantly innovating and developing new effective ways to combat the virus, thus creating the O-RX.

The O-RX is the world’s first ever UV-C LED Autonomous Disinfecting Robot. With a disinfection rate of 99.999% at 2.5 metres, the innovative UV-C LED only emits UV-C rays, effective in killing microbes, including viruses such as COVID-19. This makes our UV-C LED our unique and patented novelty.

Additionally, the UV-C LED technology is much more energy efficient and safe against human skin as compared to conventional mercury lamps which emit harmful UV-A and UV-B radiation. The O-RX is also equipped with state- of-the-art heat management and cooling system to counter the heat emitted from the high-power LED modules.

OTSAW has undoubtedly revolutionized disinfecting capabilities, keeping our loved ones safe and sound.

RaaS (Robot as a Service)

At OTSAW we offer our disinfection service on a subscription base to help you reduce time to benefit and be more flexible.

RaaS allows you to enjoy a state-of-the-art quality service and a seamless customer experience from setup to deployment and operations.

Your contract includes setup, training, maintenance, and software updates to make sure OTSAW O-RX is always at top performance at all-times.

Key Features

1. Cutting edge disinfection technology

  • Low power consumption, longer operation time
  • Long range & controllable disinfection direction

2. Health and Safety

  • Controllable wavelength (does not emit UV-B which is potentially cancerous to human skin)
  • Visual and audible warning while UV-C LED is on
  • Camera based video analytic will turn off LED light/ LED safety cover to close upon human detected around the robot.
  • Voice enabled for controlling the AGV from a distance (on/off)

3. Ease of Operation

  • Easy detach/ change of UV-C LED module (ease of maintenance and swapping)
  • Autonomous navigation and disinfection around the designated area
  • Autonomous docking and charging of the robot
  • Fleet Management Control System monitoring, scheduling and controlling multiple robots

LED vs UV Lamps

Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a cost effective and practical method of inactivating viruses and bacteria.

Existing high-power UVGI systems uses UV lamps for large-scale disinfection. UV-C LED has many positive attributes over UV lamps.
